Sometimes it can be extremely exhausting and hard to keep walking towards the “right” path in life when real progress seems to never truly materialize.
Unexpected events and unpredictable circumstances beyond our reach can really throw us out of balance, mock us down and low our heated spirits, making us feel unworthy and incapable to win someone’s heart, achieve a long-term goal that has been set a few years ago and move towards our ideal lifestyle.
When walking this strenuous and challenging path your self-confidence begins to slowly fade away. You begin to highly doubt in yourself, in your capacities, in your life purpose. You begin to doubt in your talents and wonder if you really have one.
And this journey of “self-discovery” make us so fragile inside that so often we just quit and give up. We give up EVERYTHING and simply decide to walk like zombies in a life that pulls you back and forth like a ball of a pinball machine getting whacked from one bumper to another.
We get bumped around a lot in a 21st century world filled with noise and complicated stuff.
But what I’ve learned since I started my journey of personal and professional transformation is that believing in yourself is the cornerstone of living a truly happy life.
Believing in yourself means to not giving free entry and space to your past or future, letting them take control of your life. NOPE!
Believing in yourself means to not giving free space and breathable air to people who just want to play with your feelings and emotions, with your ideas and with your dreams. NOOOOPE!!
Believing in yourself means to not letting the ordinary and life’s monotony to make important life-changing decisions. NOOOOOOOOPE!!!
During your lifetime many things will make you doubt in what you strongly believe in, in your ideas, in projects you’re spending most of your nights on and in whoever your heart is beating for, but it’s all up to you to decide who you want to be and what you want to do because nobody other than you truly and deeply knows you to the bones.
Nobody other than you can believe in you more than you do.
I hope today’s video will give you the boost of confidence you were looking for. Don’t forget to leave a comment below and to share this video all over social media. I’ll truly appreciate it.

Peace to the world.
Nobody can believe in you more than you do. Nobody can be more resilient, motivated, ambitious, hungry and determined to achieve something you deeply desire more than yourself.
The problem here is that most people have given up. They have stopped believing in themselves, in their capacities, in their talents, in their ideas, in their dreams.
We have stopped dreaming big, because brainwashed that being a dreamer is a waste of time and that you have, instead, to stay grounded and be real.
Sometimes, finding the motivation, the persistence, the strength is very hard. It’s very hard to keep pushing when everything around you seems still and unchanged. It’s very hard to see the end of the struggle where you can celebrate your achievements.
It’s very hard. But not impossible.
Once you’ll overcome your difficulties and life challenges you will look back and realize how far you’ve come. You will be able to say: “Fuck off, I did it. I did it all by myself”.
So, here are 3 tips to help you believe in yourself and in your dreams
1) Raise your standards
Tony Robbins talks a lot about the idea of raising your standards. The standards you hold for yourself, from your professional life to your appearance, finances and relationships are all standards adapted from the environment or indoctrinated into you by your family, religion and education. But the sad thing is that we usually set these standards far lower than what we’re able to achieve. We easily slip into behaviours and attitudes and a quality of life that’s far below you deserve.
So, if you want to change your life, you must raise your standards. You must expect more from yourself. Screw up what everybody else is saying to you. Dream Big, think big and always reach for the top.
2) Change your reality
You must see yourself exactly where you want to be in life. Even if it may sound crazy right now, you have to hold tight and clear a vision for yourself. A vision that makes you excited and with an irresistible urge to make your goals real.
You have to be positively obsessed like Ford when he built the first automobile or Tesla who entirely devoted his life to his inventions and creations, or like those who have opened up a whole new world with the idea of personal computers.
By changing your mind and your reality you will develop thick skin and find the courage and resilience to go after any of your dreams.
3) The why
The third and most important thing is Why you’re doing it. I can’t get tired of repeating this over and over again. You must know why you do what you do. What really pushes you to work on your ideas and goals?
You must find your reason and believe in it.
You must stop looking outside of you for all the things you think are missing in your life, and you must instead believe in you power, strength, courage and confidence to handle everything that life sends your way. It’s a matter of choice, and how much you want to change the world to fit your dream.
So, my friend, believe in yourself, because no one else can believe in you more than you do.
Peace to the world.
